What does over 40 years
experience in the pool renovation business mean to you? It means master
craftsmanship you can depend on for the life of your swimming pool. It means
only the best materials in addition to professional, friendly service. It means
getting the job done right the first time!
Anthony started working in the pool plastering business at age 11. His
father, Jessie Morales, returned to Los Angeles, California in 1946 after
serving in World War II and started his pool plastering business--- Jessie
Morales and Sons, Inc. Anthony started working for his father as a waterboy.
Anthony's grandfather came on board as well. Lupe Morales was an experienced
house plasterer who helped perfect the art of a smooth plaster pool finish. By
age 17, Anthony had moved up the ranks to Foreman. Anthony was drafted into the
Army and served between 1968 and 1970. Anthony started boxing for the Army and
upon his discharge, pursued a professional boxing career all while going back to
work for his dad.
 In
1972, Anthony went out on his own moving from LA to Austin, Texas. He bought his
first plaster truck and developed a new blow-plaster application process. This
industry innovation offered a more efficient consistent application as opposed
to wheel barrel mixing spreading technique. Anthony relocated to Indianapolis in
1990.
Plastering a pool is an art. Like his father, Anthony mentors
his crew from waterboy up to foreman to ensure the quality in his family's
craftsmanship. From making sure the color is exact, to trawling a smooth plaster
surface, our guys are perfectionists. Combined, our small staff of 5 men have
over 45 years experience plastering pools. Add Anthony into the equation and we
have over a 100 years experience plastering pools and spas.
